Factory Automation

ED-4031 Factory Automation Trainer is designed to help users understand the
concept of basic factory automation processes such as transfer, assembly,
fabrication, inspection and storage. It consists of double-acting cylinder and twin load cylinder driven by single solenoid valve or double solenoid valve, actuators including conveyor belt starter motor and drill processing motor, and sensors such as capacitive/inductive sensors and reed switch to detect the cylinder's location. It also includes a magazine for piling up materials (dummy object), encoder, and decelerator.
